Registrations, ports and classification references

IEC Registration

Importer Exporter Code issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, required for import and export shipments from India. The code is shared with buyers and suppliers on request during documentation.

GST Compliance

Registered under the Goods and Services Tax regime in Delhi. Tax invoices carry the GSTIN, HSN classification and applicable rate for domestic supply.

Ports Used Regularly

Consignments are normally cleared at Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Navi Mumbai, and Mundra, Gujarat, then moved by road to Delhi. Other Indian ports can be arranged where a shipment route requires it.

Shipment Documentation

Standard documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin where applicable, and the bill of entry on clearance.

HS code references

Headings commonly applicable to the materials handled. Final classification for any consignment is determined at the time of filing, based on composition and form.
